Article 94-2   Figure 24-2 and 24-3 show the operation lines for manually breaking the name and operation of each component group .

(Importance enforcement precautions)

Article 94-3    In addition to the provisions of Article 4 , the following items must be observed when operating the manual rescue tool kit.

First, wear goggles when operating.

Second, to carry out the demolition work, to ensure their own safety, control the equipment.

Fourth, during the operation, prevent hands and body from touching parts of the equipment accessories.

Article 94-4    When transporting the manual rescue tool set to the operating line, follow the following passwords and instructions.

(Assembling and checking the manual rescue tool group)

Article 94-5    Use the following passwords and instructions when assembling and checking the manual rescue tool kit.

First, the commander issued a "''', prepare equipment," the password, according to the "ready" signal operator, issued a "check equipment" password.

Second, the operator hear Commander "''', ready equipment" password, taken out of the toolbox main body, and fitting goggles, assembled, a "ready" signal is heard Commander "inspection equipment" After the password, check the appearance of the main body and the installation status of the accessories, and send a “Check Normal” signal after confirming the correctness.

After listening to the commander's “check equipment” password, check the appearance of the main body and the installation status of the accessories, and send a “Check Normal” signal after confirmation.

Note

Select the fitting that fits the target. Open the toolbox to see if the retaining ring is tight and remove the main body.

When the fitting is fully inserted into the chisel head, pull up the colored bulge on the chisel head and make sure it does not come off.

 

(ready to break)

Article 94-6    Operation When using a manual rescue tool kit to prepare for a rescue operation, use the following passwords and instructions.

First, the commander designated the location of the demolition, issued a "ready to break" password.

Second, the operator heard the commander's "ready to break" password, wear goggles, pick up the manual rescue tool group to the target position to prepare for the demolition, issued a "ready to complete" signal.

(breaking operation)

Article 94-7    When using the manual rescue tool kit to perform the repair, follow the following passwords and instructions.

First, the commander issued a "start to break" password, after confirming the operating conditions issued a "stop" password.

2. When the operator hears the commander's password “starting the demolition”, he goes to the demolition site designated by the commander to perform the demolition operation, and stops the operation after hearing the commander's “stop” password.

Note

When inverting the main body replacement parts, the fixing ring and the impact rod must be tightened. The chisel heading bayonet must be fixed in place. Otherwise, the accessories will loosen and fly out to cause accidents. Therefore, special attention is required.

 

(finishing equipment)

Article 94-8    When you tidy up the manual rescue tool kit, follow the following passwords and instructions.

First, the commander sends out the password for "shut up".

Second, after the operator hears the password of the commander, he takes off the goggles, disassembles the accessories, and puts the tool body, accessories, and goggles into the tool box. After returning to its original position, return to the operating line.

After use, wipe away dirt and moisture from the tool, retract the retaining ring, and place the impact rod back in the tool box. Always use a sharpening stone to keep it sharp.
